This policy covers payments made on DataTechAlpha — including result-unlock payments, scholarship-linked payments and subscriptions.

Eligibility for refunds

• Duplicate payments or amounts charged in error are fully refundable.
• If a technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing a paid feature, you are eligible for a refund or a free re-attempt.
• Payments for assessments you have already taken and viewed are generally non-refundable.

How to request a refund

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
