By using DataTechAlpha you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before taking assessments, applying to jobs, or posting roles.

Use of the platform

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Assessments must be taken honestly. Any attempt to cheat, impersonate, or bypass proctoring may void your results.
• Recruiters must post only genuine job and internship openings.

Assessment integrity

Proctored tests monitor for tab-switching, fullscreen exits, copy-paste and camera presence. Violations may lead to automatic submission or termination of an attempt at our or the test administrator's discretion.

Accounts & eligibility

Recruiter accounts are subject to verification before they can post jobs or run assessments. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All platform content, question banks and software are owned by DataTechAlpha and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring decisions made by recruiters or for outcomes of any assessment or application.
